At Findali, we are dedicated to providing a seamless and secure shopping experience for our customers. We understand the importance of receiving your luxury timepiece in perfect condition and on time. Our Shipping Policy outlines the process for shipping, delivery, and any related fees.

1. Shipping Options
We offer secure, insured worldwide shipping to ensure your luxury timepiece arrives safely and promptly. During checkout, you can select from a variety of shipping options to suit your needs.
Domestic Shipping (within the United States):
Standard Shipping: 5-7 business days
Expedited Shipping: 2-3 business days
Next-Day Shipping: 1 business day (available for certain orders)
International Shipping:
Delivery times vary depending on the destination country. Typically, international shipments take 7-15 business days to arrive, depending on customs clearance and local postal services.

2. Shipping Fees
Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on the shipping method and the delivery address. The cost of shipping will be clearly displayed before you complete your purchase.
Domestic Orders:
Free Standard Shipping for all orders within the United States.
Expedited and Next-Day shipping options are available for an additional fee.
International Orders:
Shipping fees for international orders are calculated at checkout based on the destination and shipping method chosen. Customs duties, taxes, and import fees are the responsibility of the customer.
3. Order Processing Time
We strive to process and ship all orders as quickly as possible. Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.
Orders placed before 2 PM PST will typically be processed and shipped the same day.
Orders placed after 2 PM PST will be processed the following business day.
Please note that processing times may be longer during peak seasons (e.g., holidays) or due to unexpected delays in inventory availability.
4. Shipping Insurance
All orders shipped by Findali are fully insured. In the unlikely event that your timepiece is lost, stolen, or damaged during shipping, we will work with the shipping carrier to resolve the issue and ensure you receive a replacement or refund.
We encourage customers to inspect their packages upon arrival and report any visible damage to both Findali and the shipping carrier immediately.
5. Tracking Your Order
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information. You can use the tracking number to monitor the status of your shipment on the carrier’s website.

6. International Shipments
For international customers, please note the following:
Customs Duties and Taxes: International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, and import fees, which are the responsibility of the customer. The charges will be assessed by the customs office of the destination country and vary based on the value of the order and local regulations.
Customs Clearance Delays: Occasionally, customs processing can cause delays. Unfortunately, we cannot control the time it takes for customs to clear your package. We recommend checking with your local customs office if your package is delayed.
7. Shipping Address
Please ensure that your shipping address is correct and complete before submitting your order. We are not responsible for any delays or issues caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses.
If you need to make changes to your shipping address after placing an order, please contact us as soon as possible. We will make every effort to accommodate your request, but changes can only be made before the order is shipped.
8. Lost or Damaged Items
In the event that your package is lost or damaged during transit, please contact us immediately at info@findali.xyz. We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue and ensure that you are either reimbursed or receive a replacement.
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 7 days of receipt for assistance with returns or exchanges.

Due to legal or regulatory restrictions, we may not be able to ship certain products to certain locations. If there is an issue with shipping to your location, we will notify you promptly and assist in finding a suitable solution.
