
Refund and Returns Policy
At Findali, we are committed to ensuring that our customers are completely satisfied with their luxury watch purchases. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your order, we offer a flexible refund and returns policy, as detailed below.

1. Returns
We understand that sometimes a purchase may not meet your expectations. If you wish to return an item, we accept returns under the following conditions:
Time Frame: Returns must be requested within 30 days of the delivery date.
Condition of Item: The timepiece must be in new, unworn, and unused condition with all original packaging, tags, and certificates of authenticity. Watches that have been worn or altered in any way are not eligible for return.
Return Process: To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at info@findali.xyz with your order number and reason for return. We will provide you with a Return Authorization (RA) number and further instructions.
Return Shipping: The customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect. We recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure the item is returned safely. Findali is not responsible for items lost in transit.
2. Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email regarding the status of your refund. If the return is approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.
Refund Amount: The refund will include the full purchase price of the item, excluding any shipping fees. Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to a defect or our error.
Processing Fees: Please note that if the payment was made via credit card, your credit card issuer may take additional time to process the refund.
3. Defective or Damaged Items
If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us immediately at info@findali.xyz. We will arrange for a free return shipping label and provide a full refund or exchange for the defective item. Items will only be considered defective if they are received in a condition that is clearly not consistent with their quality, craftsmanship, and condition as advertised.
4. Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges at this time. If you wish to exchange an item for a different model or size, we recommend returning the original item and placing a new order.
5. Special Orders and Customized Timepieces
Custom or special-order items, such as engraved or personalized timepieces, are non-returnable and non-refundable. Please be sure of your selection before placing an order for custom items.
6. International Returns
For international customers, the return process is the same as domestic returns; however, the customer will be responsible for all return shipping costs, customs duties, and taxes associated with the return. We recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure that the return is processed smoothly.
7. Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return:
Watches that have been worn, resized, or altered in any way.
Items purchased from third-party sellers or unauthorized resellers.
Special orders, custom engravings, or personalized timepieces.
